SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

Provided your items are in stock your order will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment.

Orders shipped in New Zealand are via tracked NZ Post and can take up to 5 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

International orders are shipped via untracked International Air Mail. Delivery is usually between 3 and 10 working days, depending on your country location. Any customs taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Inker Tinker is not responsible for any lost or undelivered items. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a courier option please email us for a quote.

At this stage we only ship to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and United States. If you would like to shop with us from another country please email us and we will add your country to our shipping options.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

We check and package our items carefully. On the rare occasion that your items are damaged in transit or faulty please email us at amanda@inkertinker.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will happily help to rectify this for you.

1. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. All items must be returned in original packaging.

3. Please email us at amanda@inkertinker.com with the following details: Your name, phone number, invoice number, product name and reason for the return.

4. All shipping costs of returned items are at the customers expense. Inker Tinker is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge.
