WHOLESALE TERMS AND SHOP POLICIES

Order minimums

The minimum opening order is $100 and $75 for reorders.
Minimum quntities per sku are listed below.
Single cards – 6 per sku
Gift tags – 6 per sku
Boxed sets – 2 per sku
Notecard sets – 2 per sku

Delivery timeframes

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped to you. Shipping timeframes within New Zealand are around 2 business days. International orders will vary depending on your country location and local shipping network.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included and will be based on the size of your order. All orders shipping in New Zealand are with tracked NZ POST. Please contact us for international shipping options.

Back orders

If any of your items are out of stock you will be notified at the time of your order. The total order cost will be invoiced and the in stock items shipped. Once the other items are back in stock these will then be sent with no additional shipping costs.

Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer and are to be made upon receipt of invoice and prior to shipping.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns for unsold items. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Packaging

Single cards are supplied in a plastic sleeve. If you would like your cards supplied without these please let me know when you place your order. Boxed sets are plastic free in a kraft tray and secured with a branded paper belly band. All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets must not be opened and sold individually.

Letterpress

Here at Inker Tinker all products are designed by me and printed in-house on a 1920’s antique printing press. All inks are mixed by hand and each sheet of paper is hand fed into the press, creating a beautiful impression. This means that sometimes there may be slight variations in ink colour, density and placement. This is the nature of letterpress and reflects the handmade quality. All products are printed on Crane’s Lettra stock, made from 100% pure cotton linters which are a byproduct of the cotton industry or Colorplan stock which is FSC certified and chlorine free.
